Donating Supplies to Hospital Cochabamba

Mano a Mano donated medical supplies to Hospital Cochabamba yesterday to help them respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, Mano a Mano shipped 9 40-foot containers filled with 203,747 pounds of donated supplies and equipment from St. Paul to Cochabamba, which are distributed to people & organizations in need throughout Bolivia. 232 organizations in Bolivia received supplies and equipment from Mano a Mano last year. We are currently working on organizing the most recent arrival of supplies, sent from Minnesota in November 2019 that arrived in Bolivia in March 2020. The current situation is making everything more challenging: in Bolivia there is a very strict lockdown, which is making it hard to have staff & volunteers available to unload and distribute these donated supplies and equipment which are in very short supply around the country (and everywhere else in the world).
