Mano a Mano is having its 3rd annual Spring Gala on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the St. Paul Hotel. It will feature an hors d’oeuvres reception, dinner, live auction, and live Bolivian music.

Individual tickets are available for $100. Corporate and individual sponsorships are available and start at $1,500, which include a table of eight seats.
Results from 2011 Spring Gala
At our 2011 Spring Gala, the goal was to raise enough money to build a mini-reservoir in Pasorapa, a community high in the Andes mountains. The event was a success; we raised enough money to construct the reservoir! The Pasorapa water project is currently underway and is scheduled to be finished in March 2012.
Pasorapa Water Reservoir
The reservoir is being built in a narrow mountain ravine that will hold up to 15,000 cubic meters of water. Farmers will channel this water to irrigate their 1–2 acre farm plots, water their animals and have water for household use. Over 300 people (50 families) will benefit from the project. Once families have access to water they will be able to raise enough food for a healthy diet and double their incomes by selling the rest in urban markets.
