Save the Date – Mano a Mano’s 20th Anniversary Celebration on April 12
Mano a Mano is turning 20 next year! We will be celebrating with an event at the DS Event Center on Pascal Street in St. Paul on April 12, 2014 – mark your calendars! We have come a long ways in 20 years (click here to learn more about our story), and we are looking forward to this opportunity to bring all of our wonderful donors, volunteers, and supporters together to celebrate this milestone.
Where we used to store donated supplies in the early years – in co-founders Joan and Segundo Velasquez’ backyard. Their home was our headquarters for our first 18 years.
Our new office/warehouse space in St. Paul since January 2013 (our first time having a heated warehouse!).
Event Details
The event will feature:
- Mano a Mano staff and boardmembers from Bolivia traveling to Minnesota to attend
- live Andean music from Leo and Kathy Lara
- food and drink
We’ll share more information as the date gets closer.
