SAR (Search and Rescue) Bolivia is an all-volunteer organization in Cochabamba, Bolivia that responds to emergencies throughout Bolivia. Their hangar is right next to Mano a Mano’s hangar at Jorge Wilsterman Airport in Cochabamba, Bolivia, and Mano a Mano frequently partners with them. We collaborate on training courses to improve both groups’ training for emergency rescues, SAR transports patients picked up by Mano a Mano from the airport to the hospital, and sometimes they’ll practice skydiving from the Mano a Mano plane.
