We were happy to be able to donate nearly 10,000 pounds of supplies for Helping Hand for Relief and Development earlier this week. These supplies, which included dozens of wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and crutches, will go to refugee settlements in Jordan.
We have a number of upcoming donations scheduled for organizations working in other countries, which we also did last year when we have excess supplies, items that we cannot send to Bolivia, or items that are not the highest priority for our own programs. In 2020 and 2021, Mano a Mano has sent over 297,000 pounds of medical supplies and equipment from Minnesota to Bolivia.
