We recently passed 10,000 distributions of donated supplies within Bolivia, including 590 so far in 2013! This program depends on our volunteers in both the US and Bolivia, who have spent hundreds of thousands of hours collecting, packing, shipping, and distributing these supplies – thanks to everyone that has helped make this program possible!

As Mano a Mano celebrates turning 20 next year, we will be looking back through our history and sharing some of our stories from over the years. Since we started collecting donated supplies in Minnesota to ship to Bolivia in 1994, we have shipped more than 3.5 million pounds, conservatively valued at over $14 million! Once they reach Bolivia, they are distributed by our counterpart organizations to our network of clinics and other projects, as well as to other organizations and individual Bolivians.
