On Monday, 4 containers arrived at Mano a Mano’s St. Paul warehouse! Mano a Mano staff and volunteers started the process of loading these containers with donated medical supplies, mobility equipment, and other in-demand items this week for shipment to Bolivia, where we distribute these supplies to people and organizations in need throughout the country (like this distribution last Tuesday for 30 health centers).
We sent 9 containers with 228,954 pounds of medical supplies, mobility equipment, and other in-demand items from Minnesota to Bolivia in 2023, with 3 containers sent so far in 2024, and these 4 containers underway!
Day 1 Loading Containers – July 22nd, 2024
Day 2 Loading Containers – July 23rd, 2024
Day 3/4 Loading Containers – July 24th and July 25th, 2024
Day 5 Loading Containers – July 26th, 2024
All 4 containers are fully loaded! This process takes Mano a Mano multiple days (close to a full week, in fact) to ensure that we maximize every inch of each container and send as much supplies and equipment with every shipment. These containers will start their journey to Bolivia next week. Thank you to the many people that make these shipments possible!
