On October 2nd, 2025, Mano a Mano hosted a distribution event at our warehouse in El Abra, Cochabamba, Bolivia to provide medical supplies, mobility equipment (including 7 neurological wheelchairs for children as part of our Physical Therapy program), and other in-demand items to 33 healthcare organizations that traveled from 7 departments throughout Bolivia.
Benefiting organizations included representatives traveling from: Cochabamba (Arbieto), Chuquisaca (San Lucas, Yamparaez), Potosí (Ckochas), Tarija, Beni (Guayaramerín), La Paz (El Alto), and Santa Cruz (Puerto Quijarro).

From Minnesota to Bolivia: Recovered Resources Program
Mano a Mano collects donated supplies, mobility equipment, and other in-demand items in Minnesota for shipment to Bolivia, where they are distributed to people & organizations in need throughout the country. Most of these items were destined for the landfill in Minnesota; instead they get put to good use in Bolivia, where they are often unavailable or cost-prohibitive.
