Distributing Supplies and Equipment for 31 Health Centers in Bolivia (July 31, 2025)

On Thursday, July 31st, 2025, our counterpart organization Mano a Mano Internacional hosted a distribution event at their El Abra location. 31 healthcare organizations from 5 departments traveled from throughout Bolivia to receive supplies and equipment that will support their daily healthcare activities. Municipalities represented included Puerto Suárez, Mineros, and Gutiérrez Gayky (Santa Cruz); Zudañez, Tarvita, and San Lucas (Chuquisaca); Villa Montes (Tarija); Calamarca (La Paz); and Baures (Beni).

Mano a Mano collects donated supplies, mobility equipment, and other in-demand items in Minnesota for shipment to Bolivia, where they are distributed to people & organizations in need throughout the country. Most of these items were destined for the landfill in Minnesota; instead they get put to good use in Bolivia, where they are often unavailable or cost-prohibitive.
