On Friday, October 24th, our counterpart organization Mano a Mano Internacional hosted a distribution event to provide supplies and equipment sent from Minnesota to 31 health organizations from throughout Bolivia. These 31 organizations traveled from 6 of the 9 departments of Bolivia to receive these items, which will help them provide care for their patients.
Recovered Resources Program
Mano a Mano collects donated supplies, mobility equipment, and other in-demand items in Minnesota for shipment to Bolivia, where they are distributed to people & organizations in need throughout the country. Most of these items were destined for the landfill in Minnesota; instead they get put to good use in Bolivia, where they are often unavailable or cost-prohibitive.
