Check out a panoramic view at Mano a Mano’s Center for Ecological Agriculture (CEA) taken in July 2024:
July is winter in Bolivia, so this is the least green version of the CEA through the course of the year, but it shows the variety of tools on display for rural Bolivian farmers. Mano a Mano’s Center for Ecological Agriculture (CEA) in Cochabamba, Bolivia is a fully functional demonstration farm that provides training and tools for Bolivian farmers, with the goal of increasing food security and nutrition using an ecological approach. It also shows our warehouse in the upper left corner (to the right of the stack of containers), where supplies and equipment sent from Minnesota are sorted and then distributed to people and organizations in need throughout Bolivia; we are currently finishing up the loading of 4 40-foot containers with supplies and equipment at our Minnesota warehouse, and they will start their journey to Bolivia next week! (All of those stacked containers are containers previously sent from Minnesota.)
