One year ago today, we were wrapping up our final container shipment of 2023 – loading donated medical supplies, mobility equipment, and other items for Bolivia at our St. Paul, Minnesota warehouse.

Distributing supplies is a never-ending cycle: loading containers in Minnesota depends on staff and volunteers picking up, sorting, and preparing hundreds of individual donations of supplies for shipment over many months; after a few months of travel for containers from Minnesota to Mano a Mano’s warehouse in Cochabamba, staff and volunteers unload these containers and carefully prepare supplies for distribution throughout Bolivia; these supplies loaded today one year ago have been distributed throughout the year of 2024.
Over the past 2 years combined, we have sent 411,271 pounds of supplies from Minnesota to Bolivia (not including the weight of the containers, and the containers are extremely useful for Mano a Mano programs in Bolivia too!). Thank you to everyone that makes these shipments possible!
