Mano a Mano Speaker Series: July 9, 2019
Join us at Mano a Mano on Tuesday, July 9th for our monthly Speaker Series event. July’s speaker is Segundo Velasquez, Mano a Mano Co-Founder. Segundo will be discussing Mano a Mano’s Aviation Program and its importance to providing health care and support to indigenous Bolivian communities in rural areas, particularly in the tropical regions in the Eastern half of the country.
Mano a Mano’s aviation program provides emergency flights (pictured here) and weekend health clinics.
Mano a Mano Speaker Series
Mano a Mano started our Speaker Series as a way to engage with researchers and practitioners working with indigenous peoples on development and environmental issues. Our goal is to share and learn from each other and to support the indigenous peoples that we serve.

The event is free and takes place at Mano a Mano (925 Pierce Butler Route, St. Paul, MN 55104) from 6:30pm-7:45pm.
