Mano a Mano is going to miss having consular services available in our own metro area – over the years, Gloria has processed hundreds of travel visa applications for Mano a Mano volunteers and staff, approved the paperwork for hundreds of thousands of pounds of cargo shipped from Minnesota to Bolivia, and helped bring Bolivia a little closer to the Twin Cities.
We will be sure to keep people informed of Mano a Mano’s recommendations for getting travel visas and other Bolivian consular services.
